Tiesioginių užsienio investicijų padėties ir poveikio Lietuvos biotechnologijų pramonei vertinimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe, remiantis įstatymais, moksline literatūra, Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių atliktais tyrimais, pateikiama tiesioginių užsienio investicijų samprata ir formos. Analizuojama jų struktūra, dinamika bei įtaka Lietuvos ūkiui, aprašomi tiesiogines užsienio investicijas į šalį skatinantys veiksniai. Palyginimui nustatomi tiesioginių užsienio investicijų dydžiai, struktūra ir tendencijos Baltijos šalių ekonomikoje. Tiriamos tiesioginės užsienio investicijos į prioritetinę ir perspektyvią aukštųjų technologijų pramonės šaką - Lietuvos biotechnologijų pramonę. Aprašoma Lietuvos biotechnologijų pramonės raida ir perspektyvos, nustatomi tiesiogines užsienio investicijas į šaką lemiantys veiksniai. Pasitelkus koreliacinę regresinę analizę, nustatoma veiksnių įtaka ir tiesioginių užsienio investicijų prognozė į Lietuvos biotechnologijų pramonę. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius tiesioginių užsienio investicijų ir jas lemiančių veiksnių aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. In this Master thesis the concept and forms of foreign direct investment are presented in accordance with the laws, scientific literature, research carried out by the Lithuanian and foreign authors. In addition their structure, dynamics and influence on the Lithuanian economy are analysed; the factors that stimulate foreign direct investment to the country are described. The amount, structure and trends of foreign direct investment to the economies of Baltic countries are identified for comparison. Foreign direct investment into a priority and promising industry branch of high technologies, i.e. Lithuanian biotechnology industry, is studied. The development and outlook of Lithuanian biotechnology industry are described; the factors that determine foreign direct invetment are identified. Using correlation and regression analysis, the influence of factors and prediction of foreign direct investment into Lithuanian biotechnology industry are determined. Having analysed theoretical and practical aspects of foreign direct investment as well as the factors determing them, conclusions of the research are provided.
