Baigiamajame magistro darbe atliekama visuomeninių pastatų rekonstrukcijos projektų analizė. Išnagrinėti projektų vykdymo procesai rekonstrukcinių projektų modeliavimo kontekste, atlikta techninė visuomeninių pastatų rekonstrukcijos projektų analizė, atsižvelgiant į projekto valdymo sistemų technines specifikacijas bei informacinių technologijų taikymo statyboje ypatumus. Darbe taikomi šie metodai: informacinių sistemų, taikomų rekonstrukcijos projektų valdymui, analizė; rekonstrukcijos projektų lokalinės sąmatos įvertinimas naudojant Excel skaičiuoklę. Darbą sudaro 4 dalys: įvadas, rekonstrukcijos projektų valdymas, sprendimų modeliavimas ir vertinimas statyboje, pastatų remontas ir rekonstrukcija, sudėtinės projekto dalys - tyrinėjimo uždaviniai ir metodai, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 78 p. teksto be priedų, 13 iliustr., 6 lent., 24 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the final master's research work there is given an analysis of reconstruction projects of public buildings.The plenary processes of the Project implementation in the context of modeling the reconstruction projects are explored; the technical analysis of the reconstruction projects of public buildings is made, taking into account the specifications of Project management systems and implementation of informatikon technologies in the civil engineering.The following methods are applied in the research work: the analysis of the information systems applied in the management of the reconstruction projects. Using of Excel spreadsheets to make the local estimate of the reconstruction projects. Thesis consist of: 78 p. text without appendixes, 13 pictures, 6 tables, 24 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included.
