Baigiamajame magistro darbe trumpai apžvelgtas vėjo energetikos sektorius Lietuvoje, ES ir pasaulyje. Pateiktos Nacionalinės energetikos strategijos ištraukos, kurios yra aktualios vertinant vėjo jėgaines, supažindinama su valstybės pozicija ir planais jų atžvilgiu. Darbe aprašytos vėjo energetikos perspektyvos Lietuvoje, pateikta informacija apie jau įgyvendintus projektus, supažindinta su pagrindiniais jėgainių veikimo principais ir sudėtinėmis dalimis, išvardinti jėgainių privalumai ir trūkumai.Darbe išnagrinėti pagrindiniai vėjo jėgainių vertę lemiantys veiksniai, vertinimo problemos, supažindinta su jų vertinimo metodika Nacionaliniuose turto vertinimo standartuose. Praktinėje - analitinėje dalyje išanalizuota Vydmantų (Kretingos raj.) vėjo jėgainės veiklos ataskaita, atliktas jos vertinimas, padarytos prognozės ir išvados pagal Weibullo tikimybės skirstinį. Darbo apimtis - 80 p. teksto be priedų, 28 iliustr., 20 lent., 38 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
In final work of masters degree there is shortly overlooked the situation of wind energy in Lithuania, EU and all the world. Given the extracts from National strategy which are relevant when assessing the power - plant, the position and the plans of country - wise are introduced. There are written about the prospects of wind energy in Lithuania, given the information about the projects that have already been done, introducing with main working principles and the parts of power plant. The main factors that influence the worth of wind power-plants, assessment problems, methods are described in this work. Given the technique for assessing the specific wealth with National wealth's assessment standards. In the practical part is analysed the work report of Vydmantai (Kretinga district).The predictions and conclusions are made using the distribution function and stochastic experiments of mathematical statistics.Size of the work - 80 pages of text without attachments, 28 examples, 20 tables, 38 bibliographic source.
