Darbe apibūdinami nekilnojamojo turto bei konkurencingumo teoriniai aspektai, buvo nustatyti pagrindiniai veiksniai, kurie veikia įmonės konkurencingumą, apžvelgta ir išanalizuota esama nekilnojamojo turto rinkos situacija, verslo tendencijos COVID-19 laikotarpiu, ekonominė bei nekilnojamojo turto rinkos situacija Lietuvoje bei Skandinavijos šalyse, pristatyta nekilnojamojo turto įmonė, išanalizuota nekilnojamojo turto įmonės konkurencinė situacija, įvertinta ir pateikti pasiūlymai nekilnojamojo turto įmonės konkurencingumui gerinti.Darbo apimtis - 72 psl. teksto be priedų, 29 iliustracijos, 10 lentelių, 66 bibliografiniai šaltiniai, atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The work describes the theoretical aspects of real estate and competitiveness, identified the main factors affecting the company's competitiveness, reviewed and analyzed the current real estate market situation, business trends in COVID-19 period, economic and real estate market situation in Lithuania and Scandinavia, presented real estate company, the competitive situation of a real estate company is analyzed, proposals for improving the competitiveness of a real estate company are evaluated and submitted.Thesis consists of 72 pages without appendixes, 29 pictures, 10 tables, 66 bibliographical entries.Annexes have been attached separately.
