Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The final master thesis covers the urban - spacial structure of the central part of Naujoji Vilnia district. The main determined issues are the non - integrated railway system into the urban structure and the fragmented urban area of Naujoji Vilnia, which was caused by inconsistent urban development. In the analytic part of the thesis urban linkage principles are described, as well as a review of analogue territorial development study with the application possibilities is provided. A research is made on the historical development of the territory, nature structure, visual features of the territory and alternative linkage cases. According to the research, an urban-architectural concept is provided offering urban linkages of different hierarchy throughout the territory. The architectural urban complex is expressed as the main linkage, connecting the northern and the southern territories across the railway barrier. The final part consists of conclusions and proposals.Thesis consists of text, graphical presentation (10 boards of 70 x 100 cm) and models (1:1000 and 1:250). The appendixes are enclosed.
