Darbo tikslas - pateikti Alytaus regiono turizmo ir rekreacijos vystymo plėtros pasiūlymus. Tyrimo (darbo) objektas - Alytaus regiono turizmo ir rekreacijos sistema. Darbas susideda iš trijų dalių. Pirmoji - teorinė darbo dalis. Joje siekiama apibrėžti darbo objektą, tikslą ir uždavinius, išaiškinti turizmo ir rekreacijos sąvokų esmę, išanalizuoti turizmo planavimo dokumentus. Antroji darbo dalis -Lietuvos turizmo ir rekreacijos vystymo tendencijos. Šioje dalyje nagrinėjamos Lietuvos turizmo ir rekreacijos plėtojimo problemos, turizmo ištekliai, analizuojamas Lietuvos rekreacinis potencialas bei pateikiama turizmo situacijos analizė Lietuvoje. Trečioji - tiriamoji darbo dalis, kurioje analizuojama Alytaus regiono turizmo bei rekreacijos plėtros galimybės. Konstatuojama, kad yra palankios sąlygos plėtoti turizmą: patogi geografinė padėtis, turizmo išteklių gausa, kokybiški keliai, turtingi ir saviti socialiniai ištekliai ir kt. Sukaupta medžiaga buvo nagrinėta naudojant statistikos duomenų analizės, literatūros šaltinių analizės, praktinių ir oficialių teisinių su turizmo sistemos planavimu susijusių dokumentų analizės metodus. Suformuluotos Alytaus regiono turizmo ir rekreacijos plėtros tendencijos, pateikti pasiūlymai, konkrečios priemonės Alytaus regiono turizmo ir rekreacijos sistemos plėtrai.Darbo apimtis - 82 puslapiai, pateikiama 25 paveikslai, 6 lentelės. Naudotos literatūros sąrašą sudaro 60 šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The purpose of the thesis - to provide tourism and recreation development suggestions of Alytus region. The object of the thesis - The tourism and recreation system of Alytus region. The thesis consists of three parts. The first - theoretical part. The aim of it is to define the object, the purpose and the tasks of the thesis, to explain the nature of the definitions tourism and recreation, as well as to analyze the tourism planning documents. The second part - Lithuanian tourism and recreation development tendencies. The development problems of Lithuanian tourism and recreation, as well as the tourism resources, Lithuanian recreation potential and tourism situation of Lithuania are determined in this part of the thesis. The third part is based on the research of the tourism and recreation development possibilities of Alytus region. It is find out that Alytus region has favorable conditions for the tourism development: it has convenient geographical situation, the plenty of tourism resources, the high quality roads, the rich and distinctive social sources, etc. The analysis of collected material was based on statistic analysis method, literature sources analysis method, practical and official legal documents related to the planning of tourism system analysis method. It is described the tourism and recreation tendencies of Alytus region, provided suggestions, particular means for the development of tourism and recreation system of Alytus region.The extent of the thesis - 82 pages, 25 pictures, 6 tables. The literature list consists of 60 sources. The annexes to the thesis are added separately.
