Keraminių plytelių nuo gamybos pradžios iki sandėliavimo technologinių įrenginių ekonominio efektyvumo tyrimas

Technologinių įrenginių efektyvumas kaip mokslo tyrimo objektas pradėtas tyrinėti palyginus neseniai - tik antroje XXa. pusėje. Tai nauja mokslinė sritis. Ši problema Lietuvoje beveik neanalizuojama, mažai aptariama mokslinėje literatūroje, nors yra labai aktuali. Darbo objektas yra keraminių plytelių technologiniai įrenginiai. Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas yra teorinių metodų ir modelių pagalba įvertinti AB ”Dvarčionių keramika” technologinių įrenginių ekonominį efektyvumą bei suformuoti efektyvumo didinimo kryptis. Darbo tikslas suponuoja ir atitinkamą darbo struktūrą: pirmiausia, atskleidžiama technologinių įrenginių reikšmė įmonės veiklos procesuose; išanalizuojama technologinių įrenginių efektyvumo koncepcija bei tipai; atliekama akademinių technologinių įrenginių efektyvumo vertinimo metodų ir modelių analizė; įvertinamos technologinių įrenginių tobulinimo galimybės teoriniu aspektu; atliekamas AB „Dvarčionių keramika” technologinių įrenginių efektyvumo tyrimas; galiausiai, formuluojamos bendrovės technologinių įrenginių tobulinimo gairės. Rašant darbą pagrindinis dėmesys buvo skirtas literatūros rinkimui bei jos analizei, naudotasi moksline literatūra, statistiniais duomenimis, sociologinėmis apklausomis bei kita informacija lietuvių bei anglų kalbomis.
The efficiency of technological equipment is the object of surveys for a short time - since the 2nd half of XXth century. It is a new scientific domain. In Lithuania this problem is rarely analyzed, the scientific literature also does not include such anglysis. Nevertheless, this problem is of a high topicality. The object of this work is technological equipment of ceramic tiles. As a consequence, the purpose of this work is to evaluate the efficiency of „Dvarčionių keramika” technological equipment of ceramic tiles and to formuluote recommendations for increasing efficiency. The tasks of this paper have supposed the relevant structure of this work: initially, the reader is primed about the essence of technological equipment; after that the concept and types of technological equipment efficiency are analyzed; theoretical models for evaluating technological equipment efficiency are analysed, moreover, the efficiency of „Dvarčionių keramika” technological equipment is evaluated; at last, recommendations are proposed. Various scientifical literature, statistical information and sociological researches in english and lithuanian were used for preparing this paper.
