Darbo apimtis – 58 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 37 iliustr., 5 lent., 30 bibliografinių šaltiniųų. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In this Master‘s thesis, the benefits of BIM is analysed for increasing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact, as well as the possibilities for improving the interface between BIM and BEM. A literature review is prepared about the benefits and need for BIM in different phases of the building life cycle, and on BIM technologies that integrate energy analysis and sustainability assessment. In the thesis, two IDS files have been developed, which main goal is to verify BIM and BEM models. The BIM models of two buildings are updated with the necessary parameters before energy analysis and sustainability assessment. The used programmes are described and the problems encountered in checking the validity of the models for transfer to other software. A description of the IDS verification, how it is developed, how the model verifications, energy analysis and sustainability assessment are carried out, the benefits of IDS verification and the author's recommendations. This work is composed of six parts: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, list of literature. Scope of work – 58 pages of text, 37 figures, 5 tables, 30 literature sources. Annexes are attached separately.
