Baigiamajame magistro darbe bus nagrinėjama rekonstrukcijos įtaka gyvenimo darbe kokybei.Pagrindinis darbo tikslas - nustatyti pastato būklės ir gyvenimo darbe kokybės matavimo būdus bei atlikti autorinį tyrimą apie pastato rekonstrukcijos įtaką policijos pareigūnų gyvenimo darbe kokybei. Siekiant darbe iškelto tikslo, reikės apžvelgti pastato rekonstrukcijos ypatumus, susipažinti su metodais naudojamais pastato būklei nustatyti prieš rekonstrukciją, nustatyti gyvenimo kokybės ir gyvenimo darbe kokybės raidos aspektus, išsiaiškinti kaip matuojama gyvenimo darbe kokybė, žvalgybiniu tyrimu ištirti kokie veiksniai labiausiai įtakoja gyvenimo darbe kokybę. Ir atlikti gyvenimo darbe kokybės pokyčio tyrimą po pastato rekonstravimo.Darbas susideda iš keturių dalių: pastatų rekonstravimo ypatumų nagrinėjimo, policijos komisariato pastato rekonstrukcijos projekto apžvalgos, gyvenimo kokybės ir gyvenimo darbe kokybės literatūros analizės bei rekonstrukcijos įtakos gyvenimo darbe kokybei tyrimo.Pirmoje darbo dalyje aptariama rekonstrukcijos samprata ir pagrindiniai pastato būklės vertinimo metodai prieš rekonstrukciją. Antroji darbo dalis skirta policijos komisariato pastato rekonstrukcijos techninio projekto apžvalgai. Aprašomi esami pastato rodikliai, būklė, kokius rekonstrukcinius darbus numatyta atlikti.Trečioji, dalis gyvenimo kokybės ir gyvenimo darbe kokybės apžvalga. Nagrinėjami pagrindiniai sampratos aspektai bei raida. Išsiaiškinama kaip matuojama gyvenimo darbe kokybė ir kokie kriterijai naudojami vertinime.Ketvirtoji darbo dalis apima autorinį tyrimą apie rekonstrukcijos įtaką žmogaus gyvenimo darbe kokybei. Tyrimas atliekamas rekonstruotame policijos komisariate, respondentams buvo išdalintos anoniminės anketos, kurios sudarytos pagal žvalgomojo tyrimo rezultatus. Gyvenimo darbe kokybė vertinama pagal sukurtą formulę, sudarytą iš nagrinėjamų kriterijų. Darbo apimtis - 73 p. teksto be priedu, 26 paveikslėliai, 23 lentelės, 42 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.

To reach this aim it will be necessary to review the features of the reconstruction of the building, access to the methods used to evaluate building condition, develop the quality of life and quality of work life aspects and history, to find out how the life quality is measured and to investigate which factors most affect the quality of work life. The aim of this thesis - to asses the building conditions and work life quality measurement techniques. To make an assesment in bulding refurbishment influence to police officials Quality of work life. The work consists of four parts: the examination of features in building refurbishment, Police Headquarters building reconstruction project review, of literaly anglysis in quality of life and life quality of the work and assesment in bulding refurbishment influence to police officials Quality of work life. The first part deals with reconstruction of the main concepts and building methods for evaluation of the condition before reconstruction. The second part is devoted to Police Headquarters building reconstruction project technical overview. Describe the characteristic and condition of an existing building. Third, the quality of life and work life quality review. Measured what criteria are used in the assessment of quality of life. The fourth part includes study on the building reconstruction influence to human quality of work life. The survey is conducted in reconstructed police station, the respondents were distributed anonymous questionnaires, which are prepared in accordance with the results of the pilot study.Total amount 73 pages without annexes, 26 figures, 23 tables and 42 bibliographical entries.
