Greitų siuntų logistikos informacinės sistemos modelis
Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojama greitų siuntų logistikos informacinė sistema. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama logistikos literatūra, pateikiamos logistikos sąmpratos, apibūdinami logistikos srautai, atliekama logistikos funkcijų analizė. Taip pat pateikiama elektroninės logistikos literatūros apžvalga, nagrinėjamos logistikos informacinės sistemos ir jų funkcijos. Antroje dalyje analizuojamas greitų siuntų logistikos procesas. Atliekama greitų siuntų logistikos rinkos analizė ir, remiantis viena didžiausių logistikos įmonių, analizuojamas logistikos procesas nuo siuntos paėmimo iki pristatymo. Trečioje dalyje apibendrinant pirmosios ir antrosios dalies rezultatus formuojamas greitų siuntų logistikos informacinės sistemos modelis. Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 pagrindinės dalys, išvados, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 65 p. teksto be priedų, 20 iliustracijų, 5 lentelės, 45 literatūros šaltiniai.
The final thesis analyzes information system for fast shipment logistics. The first part carries out the theoretical analysis of logistics, an overview of the main concepts of logistics, definitions of logistics flows and analysis of logistic functions. First part also includes an overview of electronic logistics literature and analysis of logistics information systems and their functions. In the second part, the process of fast shipment logistics is analyzed. Fast shipment logistics market analysis is performed. Logistics process is described from pickup of the shipment, until delivery. This process is based on the procedures of one of the biggest logistics companies in the market. The third part overviews the results of the first and second parts and forms the model of information system for fast shipment logistics.The research consists of introductory part, three main parts, conclusions, the list of literature.The size of current paper - 65 p. of text without the appendix, 20 illustrations, 5 tables, 45 references.
