Baigiamajame magistro darbe aptariami nekilnojamojo turto rinkos pokyčiai dėl Covid-19 pandemijos. Pirmiausia apžvelgiama priešpandeminė rinkos situacija Lietuvoje, tada tiriami rinkos pokyčiai prasidėjus pandemijai ir paskelbus karantiną. Pandemija padarė skirtingą poveikį atskiroms šalims, todėl apžvelgiama kai kurių užsienio šalių nekilnojamo turto rinkos situacija. Nors ateities perspektyvas prognozuoti sunku, tačiau kai kurie Lietuvos ir užsienio nekilnojamojo turto rinkos ekspertai paviešino savo nuojautą ir nuomonę dėl rinkos ateities. Įvertinus ir palyginus ekspertų prognozes yra padaromos išvados ir pateikiamos rekomendacijos nekilnojamojo turto rinkos dalyviams.
The final master's thesis discusses the changes in the real estate market due to the Covid-19 pandemic. First, the pre-pandemic market situation in Lithuania is reviewed, then market changes after the onset of the pandemic and quarantine are examined. The pandemic has had different effects on individual countries, so the real estate market situation in some foreign countries is reviewed. Although it is difficult to predict future prospects, some Lithuanian and foreign real estate market experts have made their views and opinions on the future of the market public. After evaluating and comparing the forecasts of the experts, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are given to the participants of the real estate market.
