Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos personalo valdymo modelių teorinės koncepcijos. Darbe pasiūlytas metalo konstrukcijų gamybos sektoriaus personalo valdymo modelis, atlikta minėto modelio metalo konstrukcijų gamybos sektoriaus įmonėse tinkamumo analizė. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais parengtas personalo valdymo modelis, pritaikytas metalo konstrukcijas gaminančioms įmonėms. Baigiamojo darbo pabaigoje suformuluojamos išvados ir pateikiamas naudotos literatūros sąrašas.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, personalo valdymo modelių teorinių koncepcijų apžvalga, metalo konstrukcijų gamybos sektoriaus personalo valdymo tyrimų metodika, personalo valdymo modelis, pritaikytas metalo konstrukcijas gaminančioms įmonėms, išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 69 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 21 iliustracijos, 8 lentelės, 50 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedamas darbo priedas.
Analytical part of the thesis overviews the conceptions of the management of human recourses. The thesis proposes the model of management of human recourses in the metal construction sector followed by relevance analysis of aforementioned model. The module has been prepared appealing the results of the research for the management of human recourses in the corporations producing the metal constructions.The final part of thesis presents conclusion and the list of literature used.The project consists of 6 parts: introduction, review of the theoretical conceptions of the human recourses management, research methodology of the sector for production of the metal constructions, the model of management of human recourses, adapted to the corporations producing the metal constructions, conclusions and suggestions, the list of literature.Thesis volume: 69 pages of text, 21 pictures, 8 tables, 50 bibliographic entries.Appendix included separately.
