Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama armatūros strypų išdėstymo įtaka tempiamųjų armuoto betono elementų deformacijoms ir pleišėjimui. Tyrimo metu, 2015-2016 m. VGTU laboratorijoje, atlikti ašinio tempimo bandymai 67 elementams, kurių armavimui naudotas skirtingas strypų skaičius. Analizei pasirinkta 18 elementų - devynių serijų dvynukai. Bandinių serijos skiriasi armatūros strypų išdėstymu: strypų skaičius kinta nuo 1 iki 16; septynios serijos buvo bandomos pridedant tempimo apkrovą prie armatūros strypų, dvi serijos - tempiant už betono. Stebint plyšių atsivėrimo tendencijas nustatyta, kad plyšio plotis gali varijuoti plačiuose rėžiuose (net ir tame pačiame plyšyje). Be to, šis parametras kinta apkrovimo metu - plyšio plotis gali mažėti šalia atsivėrus plyšiams.
The thesis investigates influence of reinforcement bar arrangement on deformation and cracking behavior of reinforced concrete ties. During the study (2015-2016), the experimental program that consists 67 concrete ties reinforced with various number of bars has been performed in VGTU laboratory. The current research is based on the test results of 18 ties - nine series of the twin-specimens. Differences between the series were as follow: number of the bar varied from one to 16, seven couples of the ties were tested applying load to the reinforcement directly specimens, whereas the remaining two series were tensioned applying load to the concrete. Observing the cracks opening trends, it was found that the crack width can vary in a wide range (though considering the same crack). Moreover, this parameter varies during the loading - the crack width can decrease due to forming adjacent cracks. Thus, it was decided to limit the present research by analysis of the crack distances. The design codes and methods for prediction of the crack spacing have been overviewed determining the governing factors of the prediction results. The crack patterns were presented; a procedure for analysis of these data has been proposed. The theoretical results were compared with the experimental observations. It was found that the number of the reinforcement bars significantly affects the stiffness and cracking behavior of the ties during the crack formation stage. Maintaining the same cover, reinforcement ratio, and cross-sectional dimensions, but varying number of the reinforcing bars, fourfold increment of the bar number (comparing results of the prisms reinforced with 4?12 and 16?5 bars) reduces the respective deformations, the final crack number increases more than twice as well. The thesis consists of: 64 pages of the text, 29 pictures, 41 tables, 24 bibliographical references.
