Aplinkkelio statybos įtakos miesto gyvenimui tyrimas

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos pagrindinės miestų gyvenimo problemos, kurias galėtų išspręsti aplinkkelio greta miesto nutiesimas. Darbe aptariami kituose šalies ir užsienio miestuose įgyvendinti ir šiuo metu vykdomi aplinkkelių projektai. Atsižvelgta į pagrindines miesto ir miesto gyventojų gyvenimo sritis, kurioms tiesioginę įtaką daro aplinkkelis, pateikta aplinkkelio daromos įtakos gyventojams klasifikacija. Remiantis teorine literatūra išskirtos tokios aplinkkelio daromos įtakos miestui, sritys: ekologinis poveikis, įtaka triukšmo lygiui mieste, eismo saugumo užtikrinimas. Vertinant aplinkkelio įtaką ir naudą miesto gyvenimui aptarta konkretaus aplinkkelio, prie kurio projekto įgyvendinimo prisidėjo darbo autorius, miestui daromos įtakos visuma. Išnagrinėjus teorinius aplinkkelių statymo aspektus ir papildžius teorines nuostatas praktiniais pavyzdžiais, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro šios dalys: įvadas, teorinė dalis, praktinė dalis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 74 p. teksto, 9 paveikslai, 1 lentelė, 56 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.
In the final research paper there are analyzed the main problems of city life, that could be solved by the construction of the bypass road near the city. In the research other implement and currently running projects of bypass construction inside the country and in the foreign countries are represented. The main town and city living areas that are directly affected by the bypass are discussed, the classification of bypass-related effect to the people are given. The bypass-related impact for the city are based on theoretical literature and grouped into: ecological effects, effect for the noise levels in the city, traffic security. Assessing the impact and benefits of bypass for the urban life the project of specific detour is discussed. The effects for the city if this specific detour are discussed; the author of this research worked with the project of this detour. After assessing theoretical aspect of the construction of bypasses and supplementing theoretical information with the practical examples, conclusions and recommendations are given.The paper consists of the introduction, theoretical part, practical part, conclusions and recommendations, sources appendix. The volume of the paper is 74 pages, 9 iliustrations, 1 table, 56 bibliographical sources.
