The main goal of the master's work was to create a complex BIM (Building Information Modeling) model of Voznesensky Uzviz Street, Ukraine based on mobile laser scanning data. A literature review was conducted on the methodology and best practices of MLS (Mobile Laser Scanning) and the creation of BIM models based on this data in the context of road infrastructure. This work presents the process of preprocessing mobile laser scanning data in the following programs: CloudCompare and Autodesk ReCap, in which the main steps of data cleaning, noise removal to ensure the integrity and consistency of data for further work on BIM creation were outlinedThe process of creating a BIM model of the road infrastructure of Voznesensky Uzviz Street, Ukraine was demonstrated and explained, a detailed description of the creation of the geometry of each element: road surface, sidewalks, curbs, fences, buildings, road signs, traffic lights, assignment of material, color and all other necessary properties was given. As well as the process of integrating the mutual location in the overall model. The potential application of the BIM model of the road infrastructure is also given in this paper. The result of the master's work was a complex BIM model of the road infrastructure of Voznesenskyi Uzviz Street, Ukraine, which can be used for review and further analysis. Also, in the process of literature review and study of road infrastructure BIM creation methods, it turned out that this topic is not yet sufficiently studied and requires expansion of software functionality and improvement of data transfer between various applications.
