In this final thesis is analysed the most common problems related to managing the joint entities and the most common reasons of failure (termination) of joint ventures in business and organisations In the study of joint activities problem evaluate and implemented, applied emprichal process and research techniques,was selected targeted the research projects,which was investgated through survey and personal interview techniques helped to find the key factor of the problem.expert survey data was analysied by using the regression statics is used for the correlation between multi dimension construct measurement allowed to determine the business collaboration between the university and industry help them to build the close relationship which can be effective in the joint activities.
