Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - sudaryti saugos incidentų prognozavimo modelį ir patikrinti jo tikslumą. Analitinėje dalyje atlikta CERT apžvalga, apžvelgta Lietuvos CERT komandos IT saugos grėsmių ataskaita, išnagrinėti dažniausi saugos incidentai bei pateiktos IT apsaugos priemonės ir gynybinės strategijos. Išnagrinėti incidentų prognozavimo metodai, prognozavimo nauda, apžvelgti duomenų rinkinių, kurie gali būti naudojami prognozavimui, tipai bei duomenų surinkimo būdai. Išnagrinėta duomenimis grįsto saugos incidentų prognozavimo metodologija. Eksperimentinėje dalyje pasirinktas nagrinėti ServiceNow duomenų rinkinys. Viso atlikta 10 eksperimentų, kurių metu buvo atliktos 38 prognozės. Prognozavimui naudoti ARIMA, tiesinės regresijos ir netiesinės regresijos prognozavimo metodai. Gauti prognozavimo rezultatai išanalizuoti ir apibendrinti, parodoma, kad skirtingi prognozavimo metodai remiantis tais pačiais duomenimis duoda skirtingą tikslumą, taip įrodant teisingo prognozavimo metodo pasirinkimo svarbą. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, informacinių technologijų saugos incidentų apžvalga, incidentų prognozavimo metodų apžvalga, saugos incidentų prognozavimo tyrimas, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 102 p. teksto be priedų, 76 pav., 27 lent., 25 literatūros šaltiniai.
The aim of the final master thesis is to build a safety incident prediction model and test its accuracy. In the analytical part, an overview of CERTs was conducted, the IT security threat report of the Lithuanian CERT team was reviewed, the most common security incidents were analysed, and IT protection measures and defence strategies were presented. It examines the methods of incident prediction, the benefits of prediction, the types of datasets that can be used for prediction and the methods of data collection. The methodology of data-driven security incident prediction is examined. In the experimental part, the ServiceNow dataset was chosen for the analysis. A total of 10 experiments were carried out, resulting in 38 forecasts. ARIMA, linear regression and non-linear regression forecasting methods were used for forecasting. The obtained forecasting results were analysed and summarised, showing that different forecasting methods on the same data yield different accuracies, thus demonstrating the importance of choosing the right forecasting method. The thesis consists of 6 parts: introduction, overview of information technology security incidents, overview of incident prediction methods, security incident prediction study, conclusions, list of references. The thesis consists of 102 pages of text without appendices, 76 illustrations, 27 tables, 25 bibliographic sources.
