Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe atliekama pervažų eismo saugumo problemų analizė bei nustatomas pervažų avaringumo koeficientas. Darbą sudaro šios dalys: įvadas, teoriniai eismo saugumo pervažose aspektai, tiriamoji dalis, skirtingo lygio susikirtimo ekonominis pagrindimas, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Teorinėje dalyje aptariamos pervažų eismo saugumo problemos Lietuvos Respublikoje bei kitose Europos Sąjungos šalyse. Šioje dalyje nuosekliai nagrinėjama esama eismo saugumo situacija pervažose, įvertinama pervažų įrengimo norminė dokumentacija, nagrinėjami eismo dalyvių psichologiniai aspektai. Tiriamojoje dalyje atliktas praktinis tyrimas. Tirtas metinio paros eismo intensyvumo pervažoje skaičiavimas bei nustatytas pervažos avaringumo koeficientas. Trečiojoje dalyje aptariami ekonominiai eismo saugumo aspektai. Atliekama pajamų ir kaštų analizė. Nustatomas skirtingo lygio ekonominis pagrindimas.Įvertinus atliktus skaičiavimus, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. In this final master's thesis there is an analysis of cross-road traffic safety problems and an accident rate is determined. The work consists of the following parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of traffic safety at the crossroads, the research part, the economic justification of different levels of intersection, conclusions, references. The theoretical part deals with cross-road traffic safety problems in the Republic of Lithuania and other countries of the European Union. In this section, the current traffic safety situation at the level is analyzed in a consistent way, the standard documentation for the installation of crossings is assessed, the psychological aspects of the traffic participants are analyzed. In the research part was carried out a practical study. The calculation of the annual traffic intensity at the crossing and the level of the accident rate of the crossing have been determined. The third part discusses economic aspects of road safety. An analysis of revenue and costs is carried out. Determines the economic justification of the different levels of intersection. Thesis scope - 60 p. text without appendixes, 9 illustrations, 11 tables, 31 bibliographic sources. Appendixes are attached separately.
