Disertacijos tema paskelbtas vienas straipsnis, kuris įtrauktas į Thomson ISI Web of Science sąrašą, trys – IndexCopernicus duomenu bazėje cituojamuose žurnaluose, vienas straipsnis tarptautinės konferencijos recenzuojamoje medžiagoje, du – kituose leidiniuose. Disertacijos tema perskaityta trylika pranešimų Lietuvos ir užsienio konferencijose. Remiantis tyrimų rezultatais parengtos ir patvirtintos dvi metodikos, skirtos priešgaisrinių išsipučiančių dangų identifikavimui ir priežiūrai.
resistance of intumescent fire protective coatings by simulating the operating impact in several temperature effect modes of different intensity and character. So far, research of the resistance of coatings to external environmental factors was limited. The main subject matter of the dissertation is the determination of the dependency of the fire resistance of intumescent fire protective coatings on the operating time. The dissertation resolves the following task: to study the thermal properties of intumescent fire protective coatings without and with additional protective coating. The dissertation consists of the introduction, five chapters, general conclusions, bibliography, and list of the publications of the author of the dissertation as well as appendices. The introductory chapter discusses the problem under research, relevance of the study, describes the object of researches, formulates the goal and tasks of the study, describes the methodology of researches, scientific novelty of the study, practical significance of the study results, and hypotheses. The first chapter is dedicated to the analysis of literature. At the end of the chapter, conclusions are presented and tasks of the dissertation are formulated. The second chapter provides a review of the materials applied and specifics of the preparation of samples as well as methods and equipment of researches. The third chapter describes the impact of methodological factors in the evaluation of the fire resistance properties of fire protective coatings and establishes dependency between the foam forming from intumescent fire protective coating and fire resistance of steel structures. The fourth chapter provides descriptions of reference, artificially and naturally aged samples of various intumescent fire protective coatings and analysis of the impact of additional protective coating on the formation of foam as well as flammability and toxicity characteristics of those coatings. The fifth chapter discusses surface defects of intumescent fire protective coatings and describes the mechanism of destruction. At the end of the study, general conclusions are formulated. One article, which is included in the list of Thomson ISI Web of Science, three in journals quoted in IndexCopernicus database, one article in international conference on peer-reviewed material, and two in other publications have been published on the topic of the dissertation. Thirteen reports were presented on the topic of the dissertation at Lithuanian and foreign conferences. Two methodologies intended for the identification and maintenance of intumescent fire protective coatings have been prepared and approved on the basis of the results of the researches.
