Siuntų pristatymo per kurjerius tobulinimo galimybių tyrimas
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami siuntų pristatymo per kurjerius proceso ypatumai ir problematika. Analitinėje dalyje išanalizuota mokslinė literatūra susijusi su kurjerių teikiamomis paslaugomis ir jų problematika. Išanalizuotos kurjerių vykdomos operacijos bei jų tarpusavio sąveika. Apibrėžtos siuntų pristatymo per kurjerius problemos. Remiantis atlikta literatūros analize iškeltos tolesnės tyrimų kryptys ir tyrimo metodika. Antroje dalyje buvo atliktas konkurencinės aplinkos tyrimas remiantis M. Porter penkių konkurencinių jėgų analize, atlikta ekspertų apklausa siekiant išskirti svarbiausius konkurencingumą lemiančius veiksnius, sudaryta ir pateikta esamo bei patobulinto siuntų pristatymo per kurjerius proceso schema bei jos aprašas. Darbą sudaro įvadas, analitinė ir tiriamoji dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai bei literatūros sąrašas. Darbos apimtis 70 p. be priedų, 20 paveikslų, 4 lentelės, 40 bibliografijos šaltiniai.
The characteristics and problems of the parcel delivery by courier process are explored in this master thesis. Science literature related to courier services and problems of those services are analysed in an analytic part of this master thesis. Furtehermore, there are also analysed operations performed by couriers and the their interaction. Defined problems of parcel delivery by courier process. Summarizing the analysis further directions of research and research methodology were set. In the second part of this master thesis competitive environment was investigated on the basis of M. Porter's five competitive forces model. Moreover, the survey of experts was carried out in order to identify the key determinants of competitiveness of analysed industry. There was also made current and improved process scheme and its discriptionMaster thesis consist of introduction, analytical and experimental parts, conclusions and suggestions and references.
