Sparčiai daugėjant automobilių, suvartojama daug degalų, o dėl didėjančios deginių koncentracijos oras užteršiamas iki neleistinų ribų. Šis procesas vyksta nuolatos, nes pasaulio automobilių parkas auga gana greit. Todėl siekiant mažinti energetines sąnaudas bei žalingą poveikį aplinkai ir visuomenei, būtina tobulinti automobilių transporto eksploatavimą.Įvertinant tai, kad Lietuvos Respublika beveik visiškai priklauso nuo kelių transporto priemonių bei jų naudojamų degalų importo, yra aktualu didinti kelių transporto priemonių resursą bei mažinti degalų sąnaudas. Taip pat vis aktualesnė tampa kenksmingo transporto poveikio aplinkai mažinimo problema. Kelių transporto priemonių degalų naudojimo efektyvumas bei taupymas taip pat priklauso nuo degalų normavimo lygio. Techniškai pagrįstos degalų sąnaudų normos rodo automobilių transporto lygį. Tobulėjant kelių transporto priemonėms bei technologiniam procesui degalų sąnaudų normos turi būti peržiūrimos.Esant dabartinei Lietuvos ekonominei situacijai, teisėtvarkos ir mokesčių sistemai, šalyje dar būtina normuoti degalų sąnaudas. Tuo kelių transporto priemonių naudotojai nuolat domisi, o tai rodo, kad ši problema Lietuvoje yra aktuali.Darbo apimtis 88 p., bibliografinių šaltinių 25.
While the number of cars increases rapidly, big amount of fuel is consumed, and due to increasing concentration of oxides the air is being contaminated to unacceptable levels. This process continues constantly, because car park in the world grows quite quickly. Therefore, in order to decrease energy consumption and harmful effects to the environment and society it is necessary to improve the exploitation of car transport. Taking into account that the Republic of Lithuania completely depends on the import of road vehicles and their fuel, it is relevant to increase the reserves of road vehicles and decrease fuel consumption. Also, the problem of decreasing the harmful effects of transport to the environment becomes more and more relevant. The effectiveness of fuel usage of road vehicles and saving also depends on the level of fuel rating. Technically proven fuel consumption rates show the level of car transport. When the road vehicles and technological processes improve, it is necessary to review the fuel consumption rates. Having current economical situation in Lithuania as well as law and tax system, it is also necessary to rate fuel consumption. Users of road vehicles continually show interest in this topic, and it shows that this problem is relevant in Lithuania.Volume of work 88 p., bibliographical sources 25.
