Darbo apimtis - 58 p. teksto be priedu?, 21 iliustr., 3 lent., 59 bibliografiniai s?altiniai. Atskirai pridedami 2 darbo priedai.
The ultimate success of the BIM project is determined by three main factors: quality of the completed work, timeliness of the work and compliance with the estimated budget. BIM is the future of the construction industry with many undiscovered opportunities that need to be discovered, potentials that we need to have a deeper insight into and actively deploy. The aim of the final master's thesis is to analyze the quality concept of the BIM and construction project, to review the quality assurance software packages and to provide possibilities and suggestions for using the „Dalux Field” program. Referring to the literature, there were briefly reviewed the concepts of BIM and those concerning the construction project quality, compared four software packages for quality control on a construction site and described the functions as well as the capabilities of one of the programs in a real building object. The research carried out within the thesis shows that the software packages improve the work of the whole project management team and save time costs by exchanging information between the project participants. The thesis consists of the following parts: introduction, three main parts with sections and subsections, conclusions and suggestions as well as references. The thesis consists of: 58 p. text without appendixes, 21 pictures, 3 tables, 59 bibliographical entries. Two appendixes are included.
