Optimalaus energinių išteklių daugiabutyje gyvenamajame pastate panaudojimas
Sadauskas, Vaidas |
Baigiamajame magistro darbe lyginami keliomis metodikomis apskaičiuoti metiniai gyvenamojo daugiabučio pastato energijos poreikiai šildymui Vilniuje. Atliekamas palyginimas su faktiniu norminių metų pastato suvartojimu. Pagal pasyvaus namo projektavimo principus ir rekomendacijas, projekte atliekami pakeitimai ir su „PassiveHouse Planning Package” kompiuterine skaičiavimo programa apskaičiuojamas energijos poreikis pastato šildymui. Pastato išorinių sienų suminis šilumos laidumo koeficientas skaičiuojamas ir modeliuojamas kompiuterine programa „Therm” dviems atvejams: normatyvus atitinkančiai ir aukštesnės klasės konstrukcijai. Pagal statybos techninį reglamentą apskaičiuojamas ekonomiškai optimalus išorinės sienos termoizoliacinis sluoksnis yra 410 mm. Standartiniam butui parenkamas optimaliausias 160 m3/h vėdinimo įrenginys su šilumogrąža įvertinus įrangos kaštus, išlaidas oro filtrams ir elektros energijai.Darbo apimtis: 42 p. teksto be priedų, 33 iliustracijos, 13 lentelių, 32 literatūros šaltiniai, priedai
The thesis analyses the construction of a block of flats in Vilnius. Monthly energy demand for heating is being calculated using a couple of methods. Results of these calculations are compared with the data that is collected for the past years from the heat supplier. Using „PassiveHouse Planning Package” computer software the monthly energy demand for heating is calculated for a block of flats with modified structure and constructions. Modifications are done by recommendations from the passive house planning handbook. The two-dimensional heat transfer model and coefficient of the envelope is calculated with computer software „Therm”. Optimal thermal insulation level 410 mm is calculated by the recommendations in the national building technical code. Standard flat ventilation unit with high heat recovery for a 160 m3/h air flow is selected by optimizing costs for filters and electricity.Work size - 42 p. text without appendixes, 33 pictures, 13 tables, 32 bibliographic sources, appendixes
