Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama projekto koordinavimo įtaka galutinei objekto kokybei nuo pat jo inicijavimo iki užbaigimo. Pirmajame skyriuje analizuojama užsienio statybos įmonių patirtis valdant projektus, koordinatorių darbo reikšmė, sudėtingumas, reikalingumas. Pateikiami projekto sėkmingumą lemiantys veiksniai, struktūra, schema, statybos etapų tarpusavio sąveika, grafikų sudarymo analizė, taip pat kelių projektų analizės rezultatai. Antrajame skyriuje analizuojama Lietuvos statybų dinamika, analizuojami statybos etapai, projekto valdymo schemos, nekokybiškai įgyvendinto statybos projekto priežastys. Pateikiama nauja projekto valdymo schema, sėkmingo įgyvendinimo rodikliai ir projekto rezultatų vertinimo kriterijų sistema.
At the final master work of the project coordination influence the final quality of the object from its initiation to completion. The first chapter examines the foreign construction companies experience in managing projects, the coordinators' work is, the complexity, necessity. Presented the project success factors determining the structure of the scheme, the construction phases of the interactions, the graphs of the analysis, as well as the results of the analysis of road projects. The second section examines the construction in Lithuania dynamics, the analysis of construction phases, the project management scheme, implemented by faulty construction project causes. A new project management scheme, the successful implementation of the indicators and results of the project evaluation criteria system.
