Individualaus gyvenamojo namo užmiestyje šilumos šaltinių analizė
Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamos individualaus gyvenamojo namo, Vilniaus užmiestyje, aprūpinimo šilumine energija galimybės. Aptariama Lietuvos energetinė situacija, įvairių kuro rūšių balansas. Atsižvelgiant į tai, bei į efektyvų energijos vartojimą, energijos taupymo skatinimą, nagrinėjamos įvairių šilumos šaltinių panaudojimo galimybės tiriamajame objekte, jų privalumai bei trūkumai. Analizuojamos atsinaujinančiųjų energijos šaltinių panaudojimo galimybės. Atliktas aplinkos taršos vertinimas, skaičiuojant išmetamų teršalų kiekius, naudojant įvairų kurą. Atliekama ekonominė šilumos šaltinių analizė, nustatoma optimali sistema. Apskaičiuojama grynoji dabartinė vertė ir vidinė grąžos norma pagal šešis skirtingus šilumos šaltinių derinius. Vertintas šių šilumos šaltinių konkurencingumas, nagrinėjant ekonominiu pagrindu. In final Master's thesis the possibilities of heat supply to the individual apartment house out of Vilnius are analyzed. Besides, power situation in Lithuania and the balance of different fuel kinds are discussed. Depending on this, on effective energy usage and the encouragement of energy saving there are examined the possibilities of the usage of different heat sources on the object under investigation as well as their advantages and disadvantages. There are also analyzed the possibilities of the usage of renewing heat energy sources. There is fulfilled the evaluation of environment pollution calculating the amount of thrown pollution using different kinds of fuel. The economic analysis of heat sources is fulfilled; the optimal system id established. Furthermore, net present value and internal return norm are calculated according to 6 different combinations of heat sources. The competitive ability of these heat sources is evaluated on economic ground. The work consists of 5 parts: introduction, 6 separate parts of problem analysis, conclusions and the list of literature.Work's volume- 46 pages without appendixes, 12 pictures, 10 tables, 19 bibliographical sources.The appendixes are attached separately.
