Magistro studijų baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti ir pateikti kokybiškai konvertuotų ir integruotų istorinių pramoninių teritorijų, esančių Klaipėdos centrinėje dalyje, urbanistinę koncepciją.Darbe analizuojami linijinės struktūros miesto modeliai, ir jų modifikacijos, uosto raida, krantinių integravimo būdai, pramoninių teritorijų konversijos scenarijai. Apibendrinus metodinės ir tiriamosios dalių išvadas pasiūlyta konversinių istorinių pramoninių teritorijų, esančiu Danės upės slėnyje, urbanistinė koncepcija ir viso ruožo galimi integracijos variantai. Detalizacijos lygmenyje pasiūloma teritoriją suskaidyti į atskirus segmentus pagal unikalų tos vietos urbanistinio planavimo principą. Kitame etape pasirinkus vieną segmentą detalizuoti urbanistinį kompleksą.Darbą sudaro grafinė ir tekstinė dalys : įvadas, analitinė - metodinė, analitinė - tiriamoji ir eksperimentinė- projektinė dalys.Darbo apimtis - 74 p. teksto, 31 iliustracijų, 31 bibliografinis įrašas.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai - grafinės medžiagos sumažintos kopijos.
The aim of the master's thesis is to analyze and present the urban concept of qualitatively converted and integrated historical industrial territories located in the central part of Klaipeda.This paper analyses city models of linear structure and their modifications, port development, quay integration methods, and industrial areas conversion scenarios. After summarizing the conclusions of the methodological and research parts, the urban concept of the adaptation of historical industrial territories located in the Danė River Valley and the possible integration options for the whole section are proposed.In great detail, it is proposed to divide the territory into separate segments according to the unique principle of urban planning of the place. In the next stage, after selecting one segment, detail the urban complex.The work consists of graphic and textual parts: introduction, analytical - methodical, analytical - research, and experimental-design parts.Thesis consists of 74 p. text, 31 pictures, 31 bibliographical entriesThe supplement of this thesis are given separately - undersized copies of graphic material.
