Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos vandentvarkos organizacijų organizacinės struktūros problemos, tobulinimo būtinumas. Išnagrinėti pagrindiniai principai, kuriais remiantis sudaromos organizacinės struktūros. Pateiktas organizacinių struktūrų palyginimas, išanalizuoti įvairių jos formų skirtumai. Organizacinės struktūros projektuojamos atsižvelgiant į organizacijos pobūdį, rinkos padėtis, darbuotojų skaičių ir t. t. Baigiamajame darbe anketinės apklausos būdu buvo tiriama vandentvarkos organizacijų narių nuomonė apie jų organizacijų organizacines struktūras. Išnagrinėjus teorines ir praktines organizacinių struktūrų projektavimo žinias, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, 1. Organizacinės struktūros formavimo ir tobulinimo principai, 2. Vandentvarkos įmonių oragnizacinės sruktūros ir jų formavimo įvertinimas, 3. Vandentvarkos įmonių organizacinė struktūros įgyvendinimo galimybės, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 69 p. teksto be priedų, 27 iliustr., 11 lent., 36 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
In the final scientific work for master are investigated problems of organizational structure in organizations, the necessity of trying to improve it. It has been analysed the main principles, according to which are formed organizational structures. In this work are presented comparison of organizational structures, analysed differences of its various forms. Organizational structures are designed according to their organizational character, position in market, amount of employees, etc. In the final work, taking the mode of inquest was analysed opinion of members, who are working in water management organizations, about their organizations' organizational structures. When the theoretical and practical information about projecting organizational structures have been analysed, there was presented final work's conclusions and suggestions. The work consist of 6 parts: introduction; 1. Principles of forming and improving organizational structure, 2. Organizational structures and the estimation of forming them in enterprises of water management, 3. Realisations possibilities of organizational structure in enterprises of water management; conclusions and suggestions; the list of literature.Thesis consist of: 69 p. text without appendixes, 27 pictures, 11 tables, 36 bibliographical entries.Appendixes included
