LEAN Implementation and Development in the Industrial Company
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos LEAN diegimo žingsniai ir jo tvarumo išlaikymas. Atlikta kitų autorių teorinių LEAN diegimo modelių analizė, atliktas tyrimas nustatantis geriausią diegimo strategiją didelio mąsto Lietuvos įmonėms, bei nustatytas rinkos dydis LEAN diegimo modeliui Lietuvoje. Pateikta geriausias LEAN įrankių paskirstymas ir jų seka tarp skirtingų įmonių hierarchijų. Nurodytas fokuso grupės, kurias reikia nuolat prižiūrėti norint išlaikyti tvarų LEAN kultūrą, taip pat nurodyti pagrindiniai veiklos rodikliai ir jų pasiskirstymas skirtinguose įmonės hierarchijos lygiuose. Nustatyta strategijos įgyvendinimo seka, kuri naudoja LEAN vadybos įrankius norint užtikrinti tęstinį tvarumą įmonėje. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas ir teorinė analizė, empirinis LEAN tyrimas, LEAN diegimo modelis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, bei priedai. Darbo apimtis - 57 p. teksto be priedų, 33 iliustr., 10 lent., 31 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
The thesis examines Lean implementation sequence and its sustainability. Carried out other author's theoretical Lean implementation model analysis, a study was made determining the best implementation strategy for large-scale companies of Lithuanian. Also, market size was determined for LEAN implementation model in Lithuania. Determined the best distribution of LEAN tools and sequence between different company levels. Indicated focus groups, which must be constantly supervised to maintain a sustainable Lean culture as well as provide the key performance indicators and their distribution in different levels of the company levels. Indicated sequence of LEAN strategy execution, which uses Lean management tools to ensure the continued sustainability of the company. After the theoretical and practical aspects, conclusions and recommendations were made.The work consists of 6 parts: introduction and theoretical analysis, empirical study of Lean, Lean implementation model, conclusions, references, and appendices.Work size - 57 p. text without appendixes, 33 pictures., 10 tables., 31 bibliographical sources.Appendixes are added separately.
