Statybos projektų vėlavimo priežasčių analizė

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos statybos projektų vėlavimo problemos. Darbo tikslas - sudaryti statybos projektų vėlavimo priežasčių svarbumo reitingą ir nustatyti būdus, kuriuos taikant galima valdyti vėlavimo problemą ar jos išvengti. Baigiamojo darbo pirmojoje dalyje aptariama projektų valdymo samprata, nagrinėjamos projektų įgyvendinimo planavimo ir kontrolės stadijos, apibūdinamas projekto tvarkaraščio sudarymo procesas, nagrinėjami projektų rizikos valdymo aspektai bei apžvelgiama mokslinė literatūra, susijusi su statybų projektų vėlavimais. Antrojoje dalyje pristatomi vėlavimo priežasčių grupavimo ir klasifikavimo būdai, parodoma, kokiu metodu galima tiksliai atpažinti projektų vėlavimą, taip pat analizuojant užsienio autorių literatūrą atrenkamos vėlavimo priežastys, galinčios daryti įtaką Lietuvos statybos sektoriui, įvertinami projektų trukmės mažinimo ir atsakomųjų veiksmų variantai. Trečiojoje dalyje aprašomas tyrimas ir apibendrinami jo rezultatai. Remiantis atliktu tyrimu analizuojama, kurios priežastys turi didžiausią įtaką Lietuvos statybos sektoriaus projektų baigimo datos vėlavimui. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius statybos projektų vėlavimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 70 p. teksto be priedų, 25 iliustr., 9 lent., 51 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.Atskirai pridedami 2 darbo priedai.
The master's thesis explores the problem of delays in construction projects. The main tasks of this thesis are to compose a ranking of the causes of delays in construction projects and to identify ways by which is possible to manage delay problem or even avoid it. In the first part of this thesis the concept of project management are discussed, the planning and control stages of project implementation are researched, the creation of project schedule is described, the aspects of project risk management are researched, and reviews of scientific literature related to delays are presented. In the second part the grouping and classification methods of the causes of delays are introduced, there is showed in witch method is possible to accurately identify project delay, also by analyzing the foreign authors literature the causes of delays, which may affect the Lithuanian construction sector, are selected, the project duration reduction and response actions are evaluated. The third part describes the investigation and summarizes the results. On the basis of the investigation carried out there is analyzed which causes have a major impact on Lithuanian construction sector projects completion date. After exploring theoretical and practical aspects of construction projects delays, conclusions and suggestions are produced. Structure: introduction, three main parts, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 70 p. text without appendixes, 25 pictures, 9 tables, 51 bibliographical entries.Two appendixes included.
