Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama išmaniųjų technologijų nauda statybų sektoriuje. Darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmojoje dalyje atliekama literatūros šaltinių analizė, bei pateikiami technologijų naudojimo pavyzdžiai Lietuvoje ir užsienio šalyse. Antrojoje dalyje pateikiamas magistro darbo tyrimo modelis, apžvelgiami daugiakriteriai metodai, parenkami vertinimo rodikliai. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje atliekamas tyrimas apie išmaniųjų technologijų naudą, panaudojimą ir suderinamumą tarpusavyje. Sudarius tris išmaniųjų technologijų grupes atliekamas palyginimas pagal užsiduotus rodiklius. Apibendrinus gautus rezultatus, pateikiamos darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamas literatūros sąrašas.Darbo apimtis - 72 p. teksto, 29 paveikslėliai, 33 lentelės.
In the final master's thesis, the benefits of smart technologies in the construction sector are examined. The work consists of three parts. The first part analyzes literature sources and provides examples of technology use in Lithuania and foreign countries. The second part presents the research model of the master's thesis, reviews multi-criteria methods, and selects evaluation indicators. The third part conducts research on the benefits, use, and compatibility of smart technologies with each other. After creating three groups of smart technologies, a comparison is made according to the set indicators. After summarizing the results obtained, conclusions and suggestions are presented. At the end of the work, a list of literature is provided.Thesis consists of 72 pages of text, 29 pictures, 33 tables.
