Integruotos kokybės vadybos sistemos įdiegimas ir valdymas įmonėje

Magistro darbe yra išanalizuota ir susisteminta įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių kokybės vadybos ir valdymo sričių mokslinė literatūra, vadybos sistemos standartai. Kiekviena organizacija, norėdama sėkmingai dirbti, išlikti konkurencinga privalo didinti savo veiklos efektyvumą. Vienas iš pagrindinių sprendimo būdų - integruotos vadybos sistemos įdiegimas ir valdymas įmonėje. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje apibrėžiama kokybės sąmprata, kokybės valdymas, planavimas ir kontrolė statyboje. Antroje dalyje aprašomas naujo požiūrio į kokybę formavimo aktualumas, apimant ne tik kokybės vadybos sritis, bet ir visuotinai pripažintas socialines, aplinkosaugines ir kitas organizacijų veiklos sritis. Pabrėžiama žmogiškųjų išteklių svarba kokybės valdyme, standartų diegimo prasmė ir nesidiegimo priežastys įmonėse. Trečioje dalyje pateikiama UAB ,,Ukmergės vandenys” veiklos analizė, valdymas, strategija, nustatomi tikslai ir prioritetai. Atliktas žvalgybinis tyrimas, nagrinėjami jo metu gauti rezultatai, daromos išvados ir teikiami pasiūlymai vadybų sistemų valdymo tobulinimui.
Thesis presents literature analysis and its systemized structure of different authors from Lithuania and foreign countries - the scientists of quality management and administration, and the standards of management system as well. Every organization which is keen on the successful work and competitiveness must maximize its performance effectiveness. One of the key ways of solution is the implementation of integrated management system and administration of the enterprise. The final paper is made up of three essential parts. The first one defines the quality conception, quality management, planning and controlling in construction. The second part presents the definition of the new view in actualization of the quality management formation, including both the areas of quality management and universally recognized social environment protection and other areas of organizational activities. The importance of human resources in quality management, the sense of standards implementation and its failure reasons in the enterprise are being emphasised. The third part produces the performance analysis, management, strategy, aims and priorities of the joint stock company Ukmerges vandenys. The pilot study was being carried out and the obtained results of this period were being examined, the conclusions were being made up and the suggestions in management of the system administration improvement were being submitted.
