Abstract (en)

Environmental protection problem is actual not only in our country but and in the whole world. Such situation acute because of intensive industry and energetic development. Today in many development countries, especially at industrial regions pollutants emissions are bigger then allowed. So man's organism and biosphere can't adopt to such condition. Most popular of air chemical pollutants are sulphur, nitrogen and carbons oxides.
