Abstract (en)

The research aims at utilizing the object-oriented concepts to model the temporal behaviour of geographic objects in the database. The main issue that is dealt within this research is how to maintain the history of objects in the database efficiently by applying custom object behaviour in geodatabase. The article presents algorithms that have been developed to support automatic modification capturing and history tracing for such events with objects as creation, modification and deletion.
