Information exchange amongst the members of the European Union is the guarantee of Union economy growth. The harmonization of building energy prformance evaluation methodics and the selection of energy certification reasonable solutions answer to international cooperation purpose. The initial point of Latvian approach is mean value of measured energy consumption for space heating, ventilation and dmestic hot water, in Lithuanian case energy consumption is calculated in accordance with appropriate year Building Regulations.
