The use of the Internet and e-shopping is increasing rapidly in all countries. The purpose of the article is to carry out the analysis of relationship between e-shop environment characteristics and consumers' behaviour patterns. Based on the results of the consumer survey correlation analysis was conducted. The study found that users' perceived usefulness characteristics and online shop environment elements are related. It helped to determine which elements of e-shop and website characteristics are the most important and should be improved. The following methods were employed: analysis of scientific literature, survey, correlation analysis, comparative statistical analysis.
