The analysis of the ethics principles in real estate companies between employees and clients helps to determine the reasons and purposes of right or wrong actions, problematic questions, identify if any system of ethics principles prevails in real estate. Analyze public and real estate employees‘opinion in real estate presents conception of profession‘s ethics and it‘s benefits in work. These factors create public opinion about this occupation in Lithuania and other countries of the European Union.
