Abstract

In the report is spoken about historical dispute between two traditions of liberalism during more than lasts three hundred years. Its essence - a social question, which existence at the beginning of a capitalist society, has forced social realists of Germany to come to conclusion, that economic freedom not only is not equivalent to an actual personal freedom, but can have and return sense. Such "the death of libearalism" in the end of XIX century, speaking words Maks Weber, has some measurements - specific, the general, political an cultural. All of the were focused concerning to a social question, liberals of old generation simply did not recognize which existence. Weber considered, that such situation will proceed long enough because the field of activity of liberals will be limited until then, "while in a proscenium there are economic and social questions". Modern liberalism in postsovietic space carries "shirt" smitiantic liberalism. Reaction to it more often - appologetic and ontologic problems not were interested liberals to become blind. Here they also do not see a modern social question. Don't see - silly and dangerously, because its decision is key in questions of modernization of a modern transit society.
