Abstract (en)

Development of wireless technologies rapidly stimulates challenges in the physical layer. The models for signal sources in tranceivers of WLAN and Synthesizers are analyzed. There are presented and analyzed equivalent electrical circuits of inductor at low, high frequencies and microwave. The statistical research results between technical parameters of synthesizer and their prices are showed.
