Didėjančios įmonių telekomunikacinių tinklų apimtys reikalauja tinklo infrastruktūros vystymo ir priežiūros efektyvumo gerinimo. Sparčiai augant tinklams, našų žingsnį efektyvaus tinklo planavime leistų žengti infrastruktūros dokumentavimo ir projektavimo sistemos, Naudojant KPS, galėtumėme atlikti tinkluose esančių įrenginių pozicijos, parametrų analizę, inventorizuoti ir dokumentuoti įrenginius, projektuoti tinklus įvedant tam tikrus iš anksto numatytus apribojimus. Darbe bus trumpai apžvelgtos GIS ir KPS (kompiuterinių projektavimo sistemų) technologijų pagrindu veikiančios sistemos, šių produktų vystymo galimybės. Įvertinant tinklų planavimo taisykles ir galimybes siūlysime fiksuotojo ryšio telekomunikacinio tinklo planavimo informaciniame pastato modelyje variantus.
Constantly growing telecommunication networks in companies require development and improvement of infrastructure and network management systems. In this case, the usage of infrastructure documentation and planning system would be an efficient step. Applying computer aided design systems we can perform analysis of any device position in network, analysis of their parameters, inventory and document existing devices as well as design the further expansion of networks assuming foreseen constraints. Then we also can combine the designed networks with the attribute or some extra databases. In this paper we will review CAD and GIS based working systems and their expansion opportunities. Also we will describe the personalisation of such systems for individual needs, estimating the telecommunication network design rules, the possibilities of existing product expansions. We will make the proposal of solutions for the fixed network planning in the context of informational building model.
