Main physical, mechanical, structural properties of concrete and ceramics which influence their exploitation frost resistance are compared in this comparative analysis. These physical, mechanical and structural properties of concrete and ceramics are determined experimentally: density ( ρ), the rate of ultrasound speed (V), frost resistance (FE), compressive strength (Rgn). The interdependence of above mentioned parameters is obtained in the analysis. The possibilities to forecast frost resistance of ceramics and concrete, according to the parameters of density ( ρ) and the rate of ultrasound speed (V), are analysed. It is determined that it is possible to forecast the frost resistance of concrete and ceramics according to the same parameters, using extremely similar derived equations. They prove that exploitation parameters influence constructional concrete and ceramics during the exploitation by analogical valid regularities.
