The enterprises try to understand consumer’s decision making process that quite often ends by buying something. The use of e-shopping is increasing rapidly in all countries and it is important to get known what elements influence customers` decision to by online. The purpose of the article is to carry out the analysis of factors affecting e-shopiing consumers’ behaviour patterns. It could help to determine which elements of e-shop website are the most important and should be improved. The following methods were employed: analysis of scientific literature, аnalysis and generalization of secondaries sources.
