The analysis has been made concerning to the linear induction motor as possible resource of electromagnetic disturbances. The issues were investigated after having evaluated the specific peculiarities of the motor - the end effects. Based on the classical theory of linear induction motors there has been carried out the transitional process analysis with such type of motors regarding the effect of ends. The research has been carried out based on the two-folded linear induction motor mathematical model. The conclusions were derived based on the investigation. The assessment of linear induction motor as possible recourse of electromagnetic disturbances is submitted. It has been determined that the research on the linear asynchronous motor as the resource of possible electromagnetic disturbances is recommended to continue.
