Abstract (en)

The article deals with the main points of teaching principles of foreign languges. The importance of principles of general didactics for learning process and methodological assumptions of their effective applications are proved. Specific principles of foreign language teaching are put forward, their correlation with general principles of didactics is demonstrated. The development process of principles of general didactics and specific principles of methodology have been highlighted in relation with foreign language methodology.
