Abstract (en)

Defects of railway bridge were diagnosed, investgated and analysed. Crack diagnostics was carried out according to the Computer analysis results. Modem finite element Computer program COSMOS/M was used for that purpose. COSMOS/M powerfull preprocessing and postprocessing possibilities gavę authors an opportunity to diagnose the cracks precisely. Some cracks were observed only after the Computer analysis was carried out. Metalografic structure of Steel was investigated and reasons of cracking were defined.
