According to they legitimate deeds foreign universities, which applies about calling on Lithuania its branch, she should receive from powers of country the permission where she be registered and to fold for Lithuanian powers suitable documents then. The government of Lithuania, on basis of conclusions of committee experts and Department Education and Science Lithuania, will undertake on leadership of higher studies the decision about extradition of permission in branch of foreign university on Lithuania [...].
