Women and men have similar duties in firms. In such way women can realizate their capabilities and qualifications, otherwise it shows a good name of the firm, but men and women are not the same. That is why behaviour with men and women or their behaviour can not be similar. It depends on many circumstances. Firms and their clients treat different with women and when firms get bigger, the behaviour of women changed. They became more independent. The norms of women’s behaviour are due to their cultural changes. And the process has not finished yet. Maybe because of that we don’t now or hesitate what rules of behaviour with women exist. And maybe some of them don’t exist any more.
