The semi-analytical finite elements for approximation of three-dimensional state vaiables independently into longitudinal and cross-sectional directions of thin-walled beams are proposed. This approach is able to describe axial deformation, bending as well as bending with shear of thin-walled beams by introducing additional degrees of freedom. Thin-walled beams that can be represented as an assemblage of slender rectangular plates interconnected along their longitudinal edges are considered. [...].
