The principles of mathematical modelling in the field of vibroacoustics are presented. Research is made of room acoustical and dynamical processes of mechanisms (engines) as well as of the principles of their modelling. Analysis of exploratory results allows one to forecast the noise in the premises designed and that of mechanisms in dependence on the dimensions and physical properties.
