Price rise to the real estate demand supported by the sound economy growth, improvement of welfare of the population, extremely favorable credit terms and low level of construction of new dwelling premises. The main reasons for discussion about the real estate bubble was the fact that the price growth well exceeds the rise of the average salaries and housing became less affordable to a resident with average earnings.
