As analytical object of personnel management problems, there is chosen a virtual organization, which has appeared under the influence of information technologies development and globalization. Due to particularity of information technologies, new personnel management problems are faced. The article discuss the question- how to eliminate emerging problems in business organizations, how to control the personnel under new conditions and bring them together in the implementation of the common goals. Solving personnel management problems in the virtual organization following issues are analyzed: factors that influence personnel management efficiency, specifics of personnel management functions implementation in virtual organization, selecting the relevant personnel management functions. In the article is presented personnel management model of virtual organization.
